I just purchased a 6'8 MH Shimano Compre Reaction Topwater rod, Fast action tip 3/8-1oz... Looking to sell it after about 7 casts with it.... Nice rod, feels pretty good in the hands, fairly light however In my honest opinion it's not a topwater rod... at least not for the types of lures I use..... Tip is too soft to walk the dog aggressively the way I'm accustom too... It's also the way I fish about 85% of the time i'm on the water so I need to ditch this rod ASAP cuz topwater time is here and I can't miss out on too much of it.
Asking 90 or a Similar trade, but will negotiate a lil bit... I'm not trying to get raped, but I seriously just got the rod in the mail today and took it out... 3 casts with Top Knocker, and 4 with a Trap was enough for me to decide I don't want it. Felt good with the trap, but the tip sags too much when working a Walker.
