rock heat

been a while since a post  but, ive been out between Jefferson all the way down to rockton the past couple months and the walleyes and saugers have been starting to hit more frequently. 1/8 to 1/4 oz jig heads of all arangments of colors and patterns and big 4-5 inch curly tails have been nailing them along with rapala countdowns and your good old rosies. I have to say I really need a par of waders because if any of you on fishbrain have been seeing the fish that some of these guys catch out I the middle of these dams, you'd want a pair too. looks like next big purchase is going to be at farm n fleet haha. wish I had some pics but ill be posting some good reports coming up these next few weeks and ill keep all of yall posted. also, pm me if anyone is interested on going out :D

Funny - I've been wondering what's up with the Rock lately. Thanks.
Keep calm and fish on...

There's a fine line between fishing and just sitting there looking stupid

Nice to see a Rock river post.

I used to fish the Rock a bit further north before it meets up the Crawfish. Good assortment of smallies, eyes, and pike as well as panfish. Sad to say, I haven't even bought a WI license the last couple years. All work and no play when I'm there. So much for owning a "vacation" place.

Good luck with the wind. They're saying gusts over 40 on Saturday and 15-25 on Sunday. I think I may stay inside and find something else to do.
