Wisconsin river dells area

Hey guys new to this site wanted to know if someone can give me some advice on fishing the Wisconsin river any help will be greatly appreciated thanks

Rivers Edge Resort is the place to rent boats and for info about the river. The guys in the baitshop there know much about the river.

I was up there a couple months ago and had no idea. Didn't ask anyone, just decided to explore. Ended up finding places to park and access the shoreline below the dam on both sides of the river. Caught quite few smallies just walking the shoreline and casting small cranks and different jig/twister combos. Wish I had more time because the fishing was fantastic.

Well I will be heading there for a 3 day vacation with the family got my hopes up because I know it's going to be a good fishing trip I will return with a report thanks for the info water guy.

Good info here but just a bump to see if there are any other bait shops or locations in terms of wisc river access points or lakes that people recommend? I will be shore fishing and/or renting a boat and fishing with my kids.

Goby would call Scleefs Bait shop hes right on lake delton and could tell you what mite be biting there. Devils lake is also a awesome place . Trout can be caught there by rental boat. Good luck would love to heare where you end up fishing.
