Roscoe and Californa

Talked to a fisherman in the morning. He told me there would be no more fishing allowed after they finish building a boat house. He showed me white lines for a fence that cover the park. It's sad because I have been fishing there since 2006 and i know a lot of old timers that fished there for many years.

Funny that you just posted this. I was just fishing a little south of Belmont on hour ago. I figured if I didn't find bass I'd at least pull some pan fish, but not a single bite. There were tons of trees hanging in the water which seemed fishy, but there was also garbage everywhere.

To tell you the truth, i never knew the prk was there, even though I work on N. Rockwell. What do you catch at the park?

At the park you catch little striped bass i think, big carp, channels, perch, largemouth bass and bullheads. Its ridiculous that they are getting rid of this spot. A lot of people have fished it for a very long time

I was out there today, I did not catch anything. They blocked off the one side and made it a canoe launch. So on the other side you can fish off the docks. Panfish and carp mainly.
