Where can I safely park if I want to fish the north channel around the oakton Howard treatment facility?

I usually park by Jewel.

Jewel is good for the east side. There is a little parking space area on the west side near the Howard bridge too if your fishing the west side. Let us know if you catch anything. That spot has been dead for me lately.
