Got out for first time wit a coworker in his nice boat. We had 5 Smalles on buzzbaits in first 30 minutes only to watch then go airborne and throw lure contuned to miss more largies and smallies till 630, in fact we miseed our first 9 fish on buzzz, hula poppers and spinnerbaits . I had a rough day with no picture worthy fish .Joe did well with some nice largies using senkos under windblown piers. Totals of 13 Bass in 7 hours is nothing much to report , had we got just a few of those early things mite have been better as those smalles were pushing 3lbs. Rare to have smallie bite like that , but in last 3 weeks smallie shave defintly mover shallow where i fish.
Dang, you got to ride in style today Mike. Too bad about the smallies, but at least you have a nice pattern going for them now. I got the next 5 days off coming up. Think the wife will let me fish one of them?
